Do You Prefer AI or Human Support on Hosting Provider Websites?

In my opinion, I think we’re not yet ready for AI to assist us when we have a problem, particularly in technical support. I believe a real person should be the one to help us.

Now, if it’s an easy problem to solve, AI would be excellent for saving work and time. However, how would AI know when a problem is easy to solve or not? That’s the big problem.

Many platforms ONLY use AI and leave behind specialized technical support, or they literally create a kind of labyrinth so you can’t talk to a specialist.

That’s a huge problem.

There’s very inexpensive labor available in online businesses, especially for technical support, and if you hire someone from the beginning and train them, you’ll save even more.
